If your Chromebook has an issue, try these items.
- Make sure it is charged
- Unplug the power supply and wait a minute before plugging it back in again.
- Restart the Chromebook.
If these steps do not resolve the problem OR there is obvious physical damage to the machine, use the school-specific steps on the right.
If your Chromebook as a problem you can't resolve.
- Visit the library at your school.
