WeVideo is an online video editor that is connected to your Google account, so there are no additional usernames or passwords to remember. You can create both video projects and screencasts. All work is stored online, so you do not need to worry about a computer deleting your work, and you can access your projects from any internet-connected device. In addition, WeVideo connects to your Google Drive, so you can save images and video clips there, too.
WeVideo is best used if you are actually editing video clips (cutting down to a certain length, zooming, etc).
As a GUHSD student, you have access to the premium features, including greenscreen editing.
See your teacher for detail about how to sign into them.
Like WeVideo, Adobe Spark is connected to your Google Account. Your work is also stored online. Adobe Spark gives you access to a wide variety of quality images you can incorporate into your projects.
Building a video in Adobe Spark is not unlike building a Slides Presentation. The interface is much simpler, but you will not be able to do much advanced editing to images and video.
